Feet First ripoff shoes store Sterling Heights Michigan

The feet First store over in sterling Hts Michigan has failed to do a number of things for their people who walk into their store and go to buy shoes.

They fail to list their return policy & exchange policy because they claim they don't need one.

They fail to tell you what their return and exchange policy is before you buy a pair of their costly shoes.

I think not only do I feel ripped off but taken for by a company that advertises on tv and radio and saying how comfortable their shoes are etc.

I mean on their business card it clearly says comfort center and feet first.

Now by that so called name and what it says on their business card makes you think okay this company should have great shoes etc and really comfortable ones as well.

I mean they don't take back wear shoes that have been wear and or even tell you that before buying them.

When I had asked them well how is a person supposed to know how a shoe feels if you don't wear them, they reply is go home wear them in the house and bring them back if they don't work out right.

Now give me a freakin break. Their so called stated paper say's they won't take back worn shoes but yet if you wear them in the house what do they call it.

This is a really bad company and I think they need to change their rules and give refunds to those people who are not comfortable in their products.
