My son's bank account was frozen by a levy from Fein Such Kahn. The bank gave him a telephone number to the court. He called and was told that a levy is on his account and a wage garnishment in the works. Gave him a docket number and contact information for Fein Such Kahn. He called and left a voicemail, several times and no return call. The court also told him the address papers were sent to which turns out to be in Pennsylvania which he never resided in. If you found his banking information and place of work how is it that you did not see his current address which by law must appear.
Spoke to my lawyer, was given direction and will pursue. This is not over
