We have been looking for a tractor for our small farm, and when this came up on the local craigs List for Binghamton, NY, we were excited!

The page was strange, more like a web ad, and there was a button to contact the seller rather than a legit email link from craigslist. We answered it and then the link on craigs list was gone 5 minutes later. 3 days later, we finally got an email about it.

This tractor has a eHydro transmission, 60" quick attach bucket, 10" rear bucket, 3pt hitch with 540 shaft PTO,1 rear remote, foldable ROPS, and 15-19.5 R-4 rear tires. This is a great tractor and comes with the following attachments: 448 Backhoe 300 CX Frontloader LX5 Rotary Cutter (Mower) 7' Rear Blade 665 5-1/2' Tiller 6' Box Blade Post Hole Digger w/9" Diameter Auger Forklift I-Match Quick Hitch Heavy-Duty Aluminum Canopy Equipped with industrial tread tires to reduce damage while providing traction. The grammatical errors were a warning sign, as were the places there weren't spaces for punctuation. I thought it looked an awful lot like this had been copy pasted, but if it was real, I wanted it. I asked where they would be shipping from and if there were any problems. The reply came about 5 minutes later, and then I knew it was a scam. My questions weren't answered and they told be to send them my info and ebay would contact me.

I have a contract with eBay so this deal must go through them.According with  eBay you have 15 days from the time you receive the tractor to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not.I will ship it from here on my expense through USHIP.Here is how it will work:

It was a repeat! I did some checking up on this and found this website. I wrote back asking the same questions as the previous e-mail and for a scan of the title.

It's been 30 minutes and I haven't heard back. I don't expect to.

When something is bought through ebay, ebay makes up a page for it and you click "buy now". Ebay doesn't have the man power to do it the way they describe. Be ware!
