AOL - Time Warner And Trilegiant Corpfeller PAOL - Uses my credit card and won't give information about company headquarters ripoff business from hell New York

While on vacation, a $2.50 check was mailed to my home from Netmarket in conjunction with their partnership with AOL. Someone (not me) cashed the check giving AOL the authorization to hand over my visa number to Netmarket to debit my account. I ended up bouncing checks with huge fees only to find this Netmarket unwilling and quite rude (telling me they were going to hang up on me) to give me any information who their corporate headquarters are. I was given an address in Ohio but three different people told me they were not allowed to give any phone number other than the fax number.

When I attempted to call AOL to find out why they gave my visa number out to this company, you get round about answers. No one at AOL seems to know who owns Netmarket. AOL/Time Warner has no information supposedly yet they give them my visa number. It appears to be a huge secret who this netmarket is through AOL. After doing some research, they were bought out from Cendant and now owned by Trilegiant Corporation 100 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850. When calling the number provided by AOL to Netmarket, I was told three different times that they are not allowed to give out corporate information. The CEO is Nathanial Lipman

I find it odd that AOL makes you verify all types of information to change your billing address but yet hands out your visa number without any verification. AOL/Time Warner and Trilegiant dba Netmarket will not take any responsibility for any of this.
