We met Sheri from looking up properties available near sherman. After meeting with Sheri, she seemed like a very nice lady that you would want to do business with. After showing us a few homes, we decided on one that we didnt get the opportunity to view on the inside. She said her son had the key and he was showing properties elsewhere. My wife and I decided to go ahead and give Sheri the 5k earnest money for the house. We didnt want to lose it in this market. Just the short story here, after numerous calls to Sherri and a few trips to her office (she coincidentally wasnt there) we decided to take this to the next step, we are talking to an attorney to sue and get our money back. On th property in question, she has no connection to that house. People, do your research before you hand over any money to or do business with this woman.
