I bought a new pickup from this dealership on 11/03/2016 not thinking i should have to worry about there being damage to it. But boy was i wrong when i got home and was showing it to my nabor he asked me about the damage to the front end thougt he was joking but sure enought it was there so i called the salesman i bought it from , he told me it would be taken care of , the next day when i took the extra keys to the car i trade in ,i got him to come out to see the damage that was there and he told me once again the hfe would take care of it. But never heard anything from him ,so when i took the truck in for the first service. I told the service rep. About it and then went to the salesman the i bought it from and asked him why it had not been fixed, he said he would get right on it but never heard anything from him again . So the next time i took.it in for a service i told that service re about it and then went to look for the salesman i bougjt it from and was told that he quit right around the last time i had be there. So i told the salesman that is messed up because he was supose to have my pickup fixed , i also told the girl that signed me out at the service dask the same thing . So the third time i took it in for a service i said some to that service rep. But did not get any results from that eather so. I finley called General Motors about it and was told that they would see if they could get them to fix it, but they said No that i had waited to long to say something, So i asked General motors about them forceing them to do something about it ,was told that they cant make any dealer fix anything and that if i was willing to pay for part of it that they might pay for part of it. So i finley reported them to the BBB and put some things on the web sites about how, they are and finley got a phone call from someone saying that the will fix it i really dont.know for sure if there going too and this person told me that i should have came to mangement about it. So i guess all the other people at the lot cant be trusted to do anything . But if i was any of you i would really think twice about buying any General Motors Vehicle from any dealer and deffently not Ferguson because you are not going to want to go threw the thing i have had to, to get something fixed that should have been done before it was sold.
