Ferrell Gas Refuse to provide safe heating ,propane, fuel to an individual's house to prevent a freeze Jackson Michigan

 This concerns all propane companies but Ferrell Gas in particular.  The refuse to help families with limited income to heat their house's during the cold winter months.  They charge outrageous fees and even though there's a credit to account refuse to provide propane fuel in the cold winter months.  They would rather let us freeze to death.  They don't even provide a budget program for people with limited means like the electric company Consumer's Energy will help.  They refuse services for heat fuel and charge outrageous prices and refuse or delay delivery that's convenient to them.  In the meantime we freeZE or destroy our furnace just because they let the fuel run dry therefore charging  even more to enter the home to do "leak test's" and restart all gas appliances.  Every year I have to fight with them to get fuel.  They refuse to supply us with a budget plan unless me (being the customer) has perfect credit.  I am sick and tired of them and wish the State would place stricker guidelines on them like they must make sure that we have fuel and we are not endanger of freezing.  I have my elderly 90year old mother and my speacial needs daughter in the house as well as myself.  Please we need help.  These companies especially Ferrell gas need to be put out of business for endangering the health of its customers!
