They made a reservation and took my credit card info and billed it only to cancel the reservation. I had already bought tickets and made plans based on the dates of their reservation. I called and complained and they made another reservation, took my credit card info again, and told me they would confirm it to me by email. They never did and didn't call me back to explain.

You can't get anyone on the phone. They don't call back. They promise and don't deliver.I'm fed up and wish I had never bought with them.

It turned out to be a lack of communication on their part. They had made two reservations but canceled one without penalty. They made numerous phone calls to correct the situation and make sure we were taken care of. If they had communicated as promised all this could have been avoided.
