FFP-Foresight Protection Plan FFP-Denying Claim, Won't Return Calls San Antonio Texas

Currently have a vehicle with a seized engine. FFP was notifed about the issue. A claims adjustor came out to look it over. They concluded the issue was my fault and denied the claim. The issue was a clogged line from oil pan to top of the engine and low oil levels. There were no indications that the oil was low until the truck actually seized up. The check gauge light came on seconds before the engine died. That was the only warning. They wanted me to provide proof of maintence. I do not keep receipts if I pay in case. I do however keep a log of maintences. I guess this wasn't enough for them. This is the first time the mechanic had ever seen it denied for this reason. He couldn't understand either. To me it seems like since this is such a major repair, they are trying to wiggle their way out of paying for it. They will not return any calls or messages I have left with them. One of the worst customer services situations I have had to deal with. I will never use FFP again and will direct others away from it. This was a waste of time and money. Worst Company to deal with!
