FH Cann and Associates Kathy Evans (alias) Illegal collection attempts, multiple FDCPA violations North Andover, Massachusetts

Last week (the week of April 7th through 13th), their rep using the Alias "Kathy Evans" committed defamation of character and broke multiple FDCPA laws in an attempt to contact me.

These include, but are not limited to contacting former colleagues at my former place of employment twice in one week, the first time of which she did not identify where she was calling from, (I have both recordings from one day apart) as well as violating section 804 sub-section 2 of FDCPA law (among others) by stating to an employee at my former place of employment (a third party) on a recorded call that her company is sending a garnishment order (to a third party that I don't even work for). She did not establish verification of employment either.

She repeated that she intended to issue a garnishment order multiple times, committing defamation of character among other offenses which I listed in a cease and desist order faxed to their corporate offices.

I have received NOTHING from her employers FH Cann and Associates at my legal overseas address or fax number concerning any alleged debts.
