FHA ALL DAY - LOAN MODIFICATION SCAM!! DO NOT SEND THEM $$$ Stole Money Scam Loan Modification Thieves Florida Mortgage Fraud Boca Raton Florida

I was contacted by a representative from FHA All Day Loan modification company. They guaranteed to stop my foreclosure and get my 10% adjustable rate modified to a 2.5% fixed rate. They also promised that I would not have to pay the 7 months I owed in back payments. I paid them an up front fee of $2900, and was contacted the next day by the so called "attorney" They told me what was needed and I sent back my documents to them by the end of the week. They told me it would take around 45-60 days to get this done, and that they would first stop the foreclosure process and that I did not have to worry. I wish I would have done a little more research because there was no happy ending to this story.

According to my mortgage company and the local courts, they DID NOT CONTACT THEM EVEN ONCE, AND DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO TRY AND STOP MY FORECLOSURE! The sherriff came and served me with papers, and Now they are going to be auctioning my home in 1 month! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FHA ALL DAY AS THEY ARE A SCAM AND DO NOTHING BUT STEAL YOUR MONEY AND PROMISE YOU THE SUN! I TRY CALLING NOW AND THEY DONT EVEN RETURN MY CALLS! THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF FLORIDA HAS ALREADY BEEN CONTACTED AND I DONT WANT PEOPLE TO FALL VICTIM!
