FIA CSNA Card Services MBA Card Services I paid my account in full. The company still filed a a report on my credit report. I have a letter and all stating my account was paid in full. Wilmington, Delaware

I paid Bank of America which is also known as FIA CSNA card service the full amount that I owed them in March 2011. The company then filed an nagavtive report on my credit in June 2011 after it receive my payment. I was a student in college and I mess up. I have tried to correct my mistake by paying ll my bills. I contacted the company and they still refuse to remove the negative information off my credit report.

How many times were you late with your payment, and how late were you?
What exactly was the negative that they reported?
