FID international Movers F.I.D. International Inc Shipped my mercedez benz to Serbia and had me pay for it and claimed it was a typo Internet, Internet

YOU BE THE JUDGE: FID SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR FRAUD.

A year ago I hired Ron Elias to ship my car, an SL 500 Mercedes Benz and furniture to South Africa and paid him almost 11, 000 dollars. The furniture arrived in South Africa without the car. What gave it away that the car did not make it to SA was that SAB customs clearance staff in South Africa  changed the official customs clearance forms to delete the car from the furniture. Is it fraud to tamper with government forms?. In the US if one alters the official government forms it is called tampering and I am sure that is also called tampering in South Africa and that is fraud.

 As soon as the furniture arrived in South Africa the gentleman that helped me with filling the customs forms, read a message on his computer to alter the official forms .  Before the shipment left for South Africa, the accountant from FID sent me the bill to pay for the car. It was clearly stated on the bill that the car is going to Serbia. When I contacted Ron Elias to clarify that he said that it was a typo but the car never made it to South Africa. When I arrived in South Africa I hired a private person who worked at customs to check for the car. The car never made it to South Africa.

The company that received the furniture in South Africa claimed that I will not get the car because I DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT PAPERS TO SHIP THE CAR TO SOUTH AFRICA. In that case then Ron Elias should not have shipped the car to South Africa. When I came back to the STATES to check what was going onn the manager from FID told me RON ELIAS HAD RESIGNED. It has been 18 months since the incident and I just found out that RON Elias never resigned. I tried everything with FMC but they adviced me to seek an attorney. FID is also responsible for bringing the car back. But when I negotiated getting the car back to the US, SA claims customs sold it. The car never made it to SA. PLEASE HELP ME. That car is worth 250,000 rands in South and 18,000 dollars in America.
