I work as a loan officer with this company. I was encourage just to bring in my contacts and loans. When I complaint about their discrimination against certain groups within the company. They force me to resign when my loans were going to close the following week. I also witness them handling leads to white coworkers but if you were black or hispanic. They would overlook you. I also found other loans in my encompass that did not belong to me and I complaint.

In the end they will eventually get what rip. Since interviewing I have come across other people who experience the discrinimation that i and several of my black coworkers experience while working for this company. Currently an ex coworker of mine is sueing them. I also have a copy of one of their negative emails. They usually erase them afterwards. I currently do not work for these sharks anymore. They view the clients, with the viewpoint of raping them for all they have.

#9 UPDATE EX-employee responds

The above is TRUE

AUTHOR: Dylan - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 01, 2010

TYPICAL BOILER ROOM OPERATION. I personally worked at Fidelity borroring mortage bank and the above mentioned alert is true, The owners Brian Ofsie and Rob (Psycho steroid addict) were only concerned with making money so they could buy new flashy cars and take expensive vacations. i personally have seen former GANG members scam homeowners out of all their equity and homes. In one case I watched another loan officer "create" a W-2 for a 60 year old woman on Social Security disibility so she could buy a 6 family house in Brooklyn with a $635,000 mortgage when she had no real way to make the payments, just so the "firm" could receive a $30,000 comission. These are the exact type of scumbags that created the mortgage meltdown.

Fidelity has created many phony documents and cheated many homeowners out of their homes, all so that Brian and Rob cal live in the lap of luxury.

Not accurate

AUTHOR: Major Fraud - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 06, 2009

brian settled everything with me (ex-partner), theres nothin to hide in the company in regards to monies and his wife, she actually gave the comapny 400k for the Co to survive otherwise they would of shut their doors, For any banking audits we never did anything wrong or even got penalized for any such talk, from what i know the business they do is beyond clean and that will keep them around for a long time. From what i do know their underwriters and processors are the best in the business and keep them compliant in every manner. It just seems alot of people are jealous and should not talk negative things that are NOT true...

brian ofsie defrauds everyone

AUTHOR: Major Fraud - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 14, 2009

brian ofsie is a thief, liar, cheater , drug addict

Just go to the banking department and to HUD fha ...tell them to ask for the credit report from all credits ran from the vendor , they disclose nothin and have the borrowers sidn disclosures at closing, for their audit they cut and paste names, dates etc . they do not disclose any credits before the 3 days, they only do this to submitted loans and make a log for the banking department, well if they would ask them for the invoices from the credit vendor they will see this does not add up, they have everything signed at closing to try and protect themselves, they screw customers big time, they bait and switch everyone too. they get the docs and disclosures signed at closing, this practice must be stopped because they reward from this, if they have the borrowers sign disclosure the gfe is blank then its filled in later. I heard recently he even screwed his expartner out of over 200 thousand dollars, well i guess this is his nature, how does someone like this stay in business with all the deaprtments? i wonder , he even trys to negociate with prior employees so he does not have to pay them in full, people shjould get together to start a lawsuit with the labor department, brian ofsie has the money and hides everything under his wife that uses her maiden name 2 million dollar house paid off mmmmm especailly in this market, he needs a surprise visit from the department to look at these practices and im sure he will be shut down, if not this state is really messed up and this is a major reason the economy is where it is

Former Affiliate of Fidelity Borrowing

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 09, 2009

I worked with Fidelity Borrowing briefly as a outside broker and found it to be a nightmare as well.

The company commits fraud on a daily basis. The AE that I worked with, Mr. Noah Mann is a complete liar and a basic idiot who knows absloutely nothing about the business and just uses his gift of gab to get bye. Noah Mann is a con artist.

Mann will tell you what he wants you to do with a file in order to get it through his "underwriting department", which is usually a act of Fraud and then if he gets caught in the act by his employer's he will not hold himself accountable for it. He will claim that he had no idea about the scenario in order to save himself. Leaving you to hold the bag.

Noah Mann stands for nothing and falls for anything.
The "underwriter's" employeed by Fidelity are not licensed and are uneducated as to Legal Banking underwriting guidelines, they are basicly glorified Loan Processors.

The AE's mislead you into believing they have their own Whole Sale Division, and are "able to close anything" which they do not have, it is another lie. Fidelity is unable to fund thier own loans, they themselves are just Broker's using your loan as if they are the original Loan Originator's.

They are just getting bye on the back's of other hard working Loan Originator's and Processor's from outside Brokerage's.

Please do not fall for Fidelity's lies, you will not only end up loosing your client but your reputation in the process.

On top of everything else you end up doing all of the work. They tell you that you will make 100% commission as long as you sign on with them, so in order to be paid by Fidelity you have to become a employee. Once you make that mistake you are subject to their B.S. as far as getting paid goes. They remove their fee's first(which are outrageous)from your paycheck. The fee's are a direct violation of Predatory Lending Law's.
By the time they have taken out all of their fee's you walk out making close to nothing.
In the end they steal your money you've been had.
Word to the wise STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner, Brian Ofsie is a thief and a liar.

AUTHOR: Scott - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, December 21, 2008

I worked there also, The original poster is correct. The discriminate. They steal your money. They steal clients money. They charge 1595 dollar underwriting fee's on FHA deals and that is illegal. They don't care because they are changing the name to Vanguard Funding.

Don't be fooled by this crook. He is a liar and screwed me for thousands of dollars. They dont even have a accounting dept to keep track of your expenses. It is a chop shop, stay away from them. It is only a matter of time before Brian Ofsie is in jail. It is coming soon.

Ignore the underwriters comment too. The girls at this company sleep with the owner and gets a raise. Ofcourse she will write this. she can't even spell "ridiculous" and she is an underwriter? Like someone said, you can put lipstick on a pig but its still a pig.

Ex Employee statement completely false

AUTHOR: Aclearmind - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 21, 2007

I am the Underwriter for the branch that this former employee is complaining about. I do remember her and remember her work ethic as well. The loans that she claims was closing the next week died as the client couldn't produce assets for 2 months and after numerous conversations with this employee about what she was providing, which was not suficient, the file was killed and the borrower unfortunatly lost the home she was trying to purchase. In this business most places have a policy that any clients that were originated at the company stays with the company it is part of the hiring employee handbook which she and all employees signed. If she read it she could plainly see it. For her to claim she was mistreated and looked over is rediculous as she was never here she came in 2 maybe 3 times a week in the beginning and then just disappeared for days on end. In this business if you are not at the office working on your deals then no one is as there is always someone else pushing there own deals in front of those who are passive. As far as the other claims the same story applys there were 3 other employees who had the attitude that they never recieved any help and it had to do with the color of their skin. These employees all would come and go as they pleased, not show up and on one occasion one employee under her desk to sleep! But it must be the bosses fault that they didn't get the same attention that the other employees did, who showed up on time and worked a full day, nothing to do with there work ethic? Come on lets call a spade a spade and acknowledge that the only people to blame is yourselves.
