I was notified on April 7, 2016 that Fidelity Creditor Service had a collection account on me, that had been placed with them fraudulently.

Frank at Fidelity Creditor Service refuses to provide an email address to me so that I can send over proof that this account was placed with them in error or fraudulently, depending on view point.  Either way, it shoud not be in collections, it should have never been in collections, as the item was paid for at the time of purchase and I have proof of said payment.

I called 11 times asking for the email address to provide the proof of payment to and Frank flat out refused to provide the email address to me.

I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Agency and Fidelity Creditor Service's response, which is posted on CFPB's site, Fidelity states that they are willing to accept my proof of payment BUT did NOT provide the email address to send in the proof of payment.

For whatever reason, don't know if Frank over at Fidelity is a bully, or on a power trip, or what, but he has not and will not provide me with the email address to send over my proof of payment.  I mean seriously, you send a response that says we will take proof of payment via email and then don't provide the email address?

They do list fax machine as one of the ways that they will accept proof, however, not everyone has a fax machine, and Frank told me that anything I sent by fax would not be received.  Which I why I requested 11 times to be provided an email address to send the proof of payment to, why I requested the same in the complaints I have filed with the California Attorney General, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the State of California Secretary of State, the Better Business Bureau and why I am now posting this on Rip Off Report.

Fidelity Creditor Service should do the right thing and provide me with the email address to send in the proof of payment.  It is beyond comprehension to me that they are refusing to do so.  That I have to file complaints with every agency I can to get even the tiniest response, and even then, still no email address.
