Fidelit Information Coporation does nothing to validate debts.... lies!

AUTHOR: CynthiaR - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 04, 2011

The debt that I supposedly owe, and that Fidelity Information Corporation is trying to collect on is not a valid debt for several reasons: First off, I have official documentation from the original creditor, which state that I only owed a debt of $1,295 but Fidelity Information Corporation is coming after me for $1,795. That is a huge discrepancy! There is no explanation why they say I owe that much and no accounting for interest or anything. Secondly, the debt is one a year old, which would not account for the $500 dollar difference in the debt FIC, says I owe. Thirdly, the original creditors do not possess any official documentation that would prove I owe any debt! I know exactly who the original creditor is and they actually owe me money. The original creditor withheld 20 deposits from her tenants and then filed for bankruptcy saying that the tenants actually owed her money! There needs to be stricter regulation on what constitutes actual validation of a debt from an original creditor.

Fidelity Information Corporation is the collection agency for Vision Improvement Technolgoies (VIT) and the See Clearly Method (SCM).

Fidelity Infomration Corporation relies on VIT/SCM to provide valid debts to collect.

At no time whatsoever does Fidelity Information Corporation violate the FDCPA or attempt to extort monies. Either does VIT/SCM.

As the Rip Off Report states, the BBB provides fraudlent information. Any collection agency listing in the BBB has an unsatisfactory marking. The BBB is not cooperative in allowing our rating to be improved and Fideity Information refuses to join the BBB to do so.
