THIS COMPANY will give you the run around and send you from person to person to frustrate you after you pay a large amount of money for their warranty. Report them on, Yelp and any where else you can.

I drove all around town, up to 40 miles out for mechanic tests and paid for diagnostic tests and everything came out with the same parts and work that was covered under the platinum warranty that I purchased, when I asked for their third party verifiier to reveiw the issue and allow the car to cut off and overheat and to come see the lights coming on and off the dashboard, they refused to send someone out.

FIND a GOOD MECHANIC -- YOU WILL PAY LOTS more in time and frustration dealing with Fidelity Warranty Services. This company needs to be out of business. I paid for platinum service and a diagnostic test and NOW I have to pay for my own repairs. They said that a diagnostics test isn't good enough and THEY WILL NOT be sending anyone. Although, they say they did NOT verbally say that, but when I ask them directly will they send someone, they DO NOT respond and read the same portion of the reports, saying that they didn't see a check engine light come on and that is that...

One representative Harry (AG2) refused to answer and decided to just HANG up the phone, because I asked him the same question, so not answering and hanging up was his response. 

THIS company doesn't care how severe the damage is they will KEEP denying you.
