This company is looking for contractors everywhere in the United States. They will nickle and dime every job you do, unfortunately you don't know until its too late.. They are always looking for new contractors due to the fact the burn all the contractors that work for them. They will charge you back on work you do, weeks and even months after you complete it, and you cant do anything because payouts from them are 45 days out so when they let you know they are charging you back hundreds of dollars you already have money invested with them and must keep working to make up for the money they charge you back.

Even better, they will have other local contractors go to the job you complete and use the " Honor system" to fix anything you may have missed or messed up and then they will charge you back and pay them. Yes ! they will have your competition go to your job site and be able to say whatever they want about your work, fix it and charge what they want and you will get a charge back for it.

They also give price approvals over the phone and then when you go to invoice, they tell you that they never agreed upon a price you are stating. They then will ask you for proof, such as an email which you will not have since they want you to call from the job site and get verbal approval.

Just one contractor who has got burned and want to warn others so this large company doesn't take food out of your kids mouths! Ask others that have worked with this company before you do any work for them, Im positive you will hear other
