Very simple (so I thought)  Got home mrg loan from 5/3 bank interest only!!

However for the last year it has been hell!!  I finally claim my exception and my taxes were lower from 3600 to 3300.  My monthly payments were 904.00 now they have increased to 1007.00 HUH!! Call the bank every week switch from collections, customer service, modifications, etc no body knows anything .  Finally got someone there with half a brain and was told that the increase for $200 has been in effect since December of 09.  (never received any notice) therefore the 904.00 checs were non applied to account, they were retuned (never received them) anyway I was now 3 months behind on my mtg and foreclosure notice was being send to me.  Now it only took 2 months of constant calling to find this out. I needed 1127,.00 to bring my payment up to date in March and an additional 721.00 to stop foreclosure.  Which Ihave complied.  Now I received a letter stating that I needed additonal excrow of 1507.00 to bring my account up to date or my new payments would be 1007.00. No one can explain where the payments were applied, why the increase in excrow if my account was up to date as of March.  The local bank branch cannot help me, told I was to go thru the 800 number.  These are the same dim wits that could give me an answer for 2 months.  I was also told that I qualify for a modification loan becaus I was behind on my payments (cause by them), however I was told that if I didn't bring my account my to date it would be foreclosed on, which i did.  Now I no longer qualifyty for a modification loan only refnancing.  THAT IS ONE SCREW UP BANK!!  lISA
