Fifth Third Bank Excessive overdraft fees, a cruel and unusual punishment, blatant abuse of privileges to customer accounts. Grandville Michigan

We wish that we could grant each and everyone access to our small business account so that you may see the abuse we have subjected to by a system of fees that are not only excessive but cruel.

By systematically delaying cash, checks and credit card deposits , withdrawals are hurriedly cleared, sending the checking account into a uncontrollable downward tail spin designed by the Fifth Third machine that consumes every deposit made as the fees accumulate daily.

What is further upsetting is that hard working people who live from check to check are being subjected to this cruel practice while no one does anything to put an end to it. If waterboarding enemies of the state is illegal,then;should not also any institutionalised deed that portends to destroy people finanacially.

FYI -several times i have overheard upperclass shoppers in a high end retail store tell of how all it takes for them is one call to a Fifth Third manager to get their overdraft fees waived every time it happens to them.Do not the rest of us count, or is it only our hard earned money that counts.
