I was approved for a line of credit
I have been making payments each month
I just made a $20 payment to FIGI a few days ago
Also, a few days ago I just placed an order which is shipping right now.
I paid for it in full

Today, 12/14/12 I receive a notice from their collection dept. stating if I dont pay the remainder of my balance right now they will put my acct into the Credit Reporting Agencies AND charge me an extra $29 for this order that is, in their erroneous opinion, in default.

These people are obnoxious and stupid. I cant understand how such incredibly stupid people stay in business.
This collection needs to be eliminated ASAP!!!

How dare they.  They have just lost a good customer!!! and I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection and Wi BBB.

I have a newsletter I send out daily. I will also be writing about my complaint to my readers as well.
