I rec'd a phone call at my place of employment from someone who could barely speak English. I asked to speak to someone else that I could understand and he said no and then he preceded to tell me that I was being charged for 3 things and I needed to pay $1086.00 today. If I didn't and the court "downloaded" my case, I would be served and have to appear in court and pay $6,000.00 and that the judge would terminate my job. He said that it was a payday loan but he couldn't provide me with any company names or dates. He new my social number, my mom's name, and my sister's name. My co-worker looked up the company name (Financial Accountability Law Firm) on the Better Business Bureau and we found several complaints regarding similar situations. The names were Rox Murphy, Andy Hunt and Andy Jones. This is a ripoff report.
