I received a ltter in which I had been identified as a recipient of a prize of $2,536,092.23.  The letter indicated that these funds were offered by third party sponsors not affiliated with the Financial Acquisition Agency, an independent notification service. 

The Express Notice Tracking Form was attached to the letter.  Instructions were to complete the form of 4 questions, and included on the form was the statement, "My transfer fee of $20 is enclosed in Cash, Check or Money Order payable to 'FAA'."  Once the Express Notice Tracking Form and the $20 were received, the claim would be processed and the cash accounting rushed to me by bonded federal carrier.
