I received an express notice saying I had won $2,536092.23 but I first had to send a 20.00 processing fee in order to receive the money I sent the processing fee and has heard nothing from this company....please help me figure out this mess

   No problem.   Send me $10 and I'll make sure you get your two and a half million.

   See how that works?   These scammers send out hundreds of these letters knowing that only 1 or 2 people will be gullible enough to take the bait.   You may count yourself among the chosen few.

   Next time someone tells you that you won millions in a contest that you never entered, try to be a bit more skeptical.
