My experience with this company was nothing short of a complete mess. Like many others I entered my basic information to simply get a quote, less than 24 hours later the entire process became a nightmare. Before I knew what had happened, my Visa was being billed for charges I didn't agree to. I quickly started asking questions, as I had not signed an initial disclosure or anything else. To my knowledge, my Visa was on file, it was not to be billed. When asking what these charges were for, I never could get a straight story, first I was told it was for a process fee, then it was an appraisal fee, then to top it off I was told it was a deposit.

At this point, I just wanted my money back, and didn't even want to deal with these people. I dealt with the staff in Denver, Colorado first, they only insisted I signed an initial disclosure and I knew that it was non-refundable. I repeated many times that I certainly didn't not sign anything, which I hadn't. At this point the loan officer "Caitlyn" transferred me to "Kim" the bank manager. This wasn't any better, she was completely unprofessional, and clearly wasn't going to listen to any questions I had. Next a regional manager "Kirk **" calls, of course once again I am told I signed a disclosure explaining my fees. I then asked for a list of the charges I was being charged I was told that "he could'nt do that".

So, here I am with over 200.00 dollars gone for my account and no answers as to where it went, much less any explanation. I have once again requested a refund. However, they have only become more unprofessional with me as a result. Now I can see paying for something that I requested, but I did not request anything, never even signed an initial disclosure or anything explaining what they were taking out of my account or that they were doing so. This has been my experience, a very upsetting one to say the least. I am sure this company has a few good loan officers, sadly I didn't deal with one. At this point I highly doubt I will be getting a refund, as they are nothing but just plain rude. I have looked into contacting the BBB as well as the State Banking Commission, with the help of my local bank.
