Promised financial help to lower credit card debt and save minimum of $2,000 in one year. I submitted all paperwork in November 2006, have made numuous calls and talked to several "coaches" for my account. No contact since 4/5/07 (Randel Rocke).

When I try to call, get message "phone disconnected, not able to complete call". They have already charged $999.00 for their services and I have gotten absolutely nothing from them, but promises.

I called shortly after all my paperwork was submitted to determine when I would see any results. They continued to stall and put me off each time I talked to them saying it would take a certain length of time for reviewing, contacting the various credit card companies, etc.

I suppose this was to allow the 60 days to go by so I couldn't make a claim for my money back. It certainly appears that way. The individuals I have talked to are as follows. I will also show calls received from them:
3/02/07 -Greg Patterson called, left message -
3/05/07 - returned call to Mr. Patterson (not there, only works part-time)
3/08/07 - James Gibson called and advised someone would call me in 24 hrs.
Did not receive a call back.
3/26/07 - Bailey Williams called - advised someone would call me in 48 hrs.
No one called back.
4/05/07 - Randel Rocke (coach) called (407-351-2455), Said my PO Box was incorrect on two different credit cards in Freedom Financial records. I don't believe this. I had already gone over all my information submitted with someone from their company once they received it. Everyone was correct.
He promised to call back on 4/09/07 - did not call back.
4/20/07 - Mr. Jones (coach) called and left number 407-351-2455.
4/21/07 - I returned call to Mr. Jones - he was out, left message to call.
No one called back.
4/23/07 - I called Randel Rocke - He stated they didn't have credit card information. Told him how frustrated I was since I had already spoken with several people in his organization who discussed the original information with me, so it had to be in their office. He then asked me to resend it, but agreed to take the information over the phone. He also also advised he would try to see if I qualified to have credit card accounts transferred up to 15 months with American Express at 4-7 percent interest rate for 15 months. He was to call me back on 4/30/07. No call back ever received. Note: I could have taken this type action myself for less than $999.00.
6/07/07 - I called 877-351-7651 - Got message "number has been disconnected"
6/12/07 - I called 877-351-7854 - Got message "phone temporarily disconnected"
7/30/07 - I called 877-351-7854, 407-351-2455, & 321-221-0378 and got a message on each call, "we're sorry, your call cannot be completed" or "the number you have dialed has been disconnected".

To make a long story short, I have paid $999.00 for nothing but "bad promises". At this point, what would anyone in my position think?
