Financial Help 4 For Homeowners Just Help,LLC. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They just collect your hard-earned money and do nothing. They are practicing law and there are not attorneys and giving you false hope. They charge $149 for a forensic aud Ormond Beach, Florida

DO NOT US THIS COMPANY :::  Financial Help 4 Homeowners, Just Help LLC, MJ Anton, and Note Reductions Company.
This company is great at taking your money for a Forensic Audit and you never get a forensic audit. I paid $149 for a forensic audit and got nothing.
Also, the owner, MJ Anton, is a CROOK. He is great at taking your money and do nothing. He is now scamming people out of $1995 for a Principal Note Reduction, which doesn't even exist. Attorneys are not getting Principal Note Reductions, and he certainly can not. But, he wasn't to take your hard earned $1995 money and promise you the world.
He is practicing law without a license.... DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ONE CENT !!!!! He is alot of talk and BS.
He is also charging for Loan Modifications. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO CHARGE FOR A LOAN MODification if you are not an attorney.
PLEASE BEWARE OF MJ ANTON and do not give him one cent !!! He talks a good game but he is a crook

I am responding to Kathleen of Orlando;

My partner & I began this business to assist homeowners who were in default and potentially foreclosure last April.  We wanted to give homeowners an honest & affordable option, we were disgusted by the Loan Mod companies charging homeowners thousands of dollars.

We felt that we should get paid based on our performance, so yes we did charge an initial fee of $149 and once we recieved a modification that the homneowner agreed to, then we charged one month of the new payment.

If I or my partner wanted to rip-off anybody, we certainly would have charged more than $149, being paid once the deal was closed we thought would be the fair alternative to homeowners.
We have assisted dozens of homeowners, and continue to do so.
A few months ago we decided to shut down the "HomeSaver" program...we no longer accept new clients into the program, even though many still ask (because of our cost structure & honesty)...we are following thru with each homeowner that entered the program to make sure their lender treats them fairly.  We will not let anyone "hang out to dry".

Our agreement specificially states we are not attorneys & we will not hold ourselves out as attorneys.

Our focus has been on the Principal Reduction Program.  We are one of many affiliates aligned with a management company that partners with a Private Investment Group. We did extensive research of different companies to see who we wanted to partner with, because we wouldn't have enough volume of homeowners if we attempted this on our own. Once a homeowner is qualified for the Principal Reduction Program which takes approximately a week, then the only fee they pay is $1945.

As Kathleen says, "Principal Note Reduction doesn't even exist"....I'm sure many people said the same thing about Short-Sales 5 years ago.  Note Reduction is a real program and it does exist, presently we have contributed to 5 mortgage pools that have been sent to investors.
One of the main reasons we dropped the HomeSaver program was because of the stress involved with saving homeowners from foreclosure and we didn't want to be in the Loan Modification business. 

The Mortgage Note Reduction is NOT a modification and there are several criteria for a homeowner to be qualified including; verification of income, employment & being current on their mortgage.

By the way not only have we not taken in a client named Kathleen from Orlando, we have not taken in a homeowner or spouse of a homeowner in any location with the name, Kathleen.
