Financial Recovery Services Inc Collection Agency Inconsideration Minneapolis Minnesota

 I agreed to a settlement with Financial Recovery Services to pay installment payments of 125.00 for six months for a credit card #4447962142418338.  I not only paid it off in full, I paid in off in less than 6 months.  I have called Financial Recovery Services for reciept of that pay off to no avail.  When I finally reached someone I was told that they would send me a letter of reciept numerous times to to no avail as well.  The last time I called them the phone number rang a busy signal and I can't seem to reach anyone at either number. 

I would like a receipt so I can have proof of payment.  Again to no avail.  Yesterday I called the number at the top of the statement that I have for my records and left a message to no avail as well. Is Financial Recovery Services not a legitimate collection agency or do they just not respond because afder they receive payment in full they have no responsibility to follow up with the customers.  Please contact me (Anthony R***) by phone (((phone number redacted))).
