Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I responded to an advertisement in the Dallas Morning News and sent my money order in. It was for $140.00 including the fast delivery processing.

I have received nothing and it has been ten days. Based on what I have read on the internet, I probably won't either. These guys should be prosecuted to the highest degree.

It is a total ripoff..

#1 Consumer Suggestion

It is a total Rip Off--this is why you need to contact your Attorney General

AUTHOR: Jacqueline - (U.S.A.)

Please write a letter or call your Attorney General Mr. Greg Abbott, Capitol Station, P.O. Box 12548, Austin, TX, 78711-2548, Phone: 1-512-463-2100 or access this website: http://www.oag.state.tx.us, because by the end of the year Mr. Mark E. Shelton will be a millionaire, if you let him get away with it.

You sound like someone in the early stages. At this point, he might ask you for more money or send you useless material. When this happens, you will be instructed to spend an extensive amount of money on stamps, and materials.

Cut your ties with him.

You can try to collect a refund, but I've not heard of anyone being refunded anywhere.

I realize you were also ripped off, but if you could, please write to Attorney General Lisa Madgeson for Illinois. Her address is: James R. Thompson Center, 100 Randolph Street, Chicago, IL, 60601 or call 1-312-814-3000. That would be long distance, so I understand, if you were unable. She needs to know he's still out there because this is currently being investigated.

This could also benefit you, in putting a Class Action Lawsuit one step closer to taking place. Then you could get a refund. It would take a long time, but at least you might get it.

Please do not send him anymore money. He's plenty rich.

Hope this helps.
