Bank Of The West rip offs Concord California

bank of the west has been charging us for insurance on our truck pretty much since day 1. they said they weren't another said they were. we went to our ins co many times with phone # fax# addresses to where to send the information nothing helped. we are getting no where with paying this truck off, we probably owe more than when we started because of this!!!! we ought to be able to go to better business bureau or something. many of our friends have had the same problem, when i told them this she said it was our fault or ins fault. how many people have to have the same problem before something is done???
