IC Financials I was contacted by a representative of IC Financials telling they were a grant writing company that would assist me in writin a grant to purchase a home. I was told to pay the fee of $479 and have the in funds sent overnight through FEDEX. That was as of 6/07. I was then contacted and was told I would be receiving a kit in the mail and never received the kit. I was guaranteed my money back Reno Nevada

I was contacted by a representative from IC Financials stating I was approved for a $80,000.00 grant to purchas a home. The representative told I had to pay the fee of $479 for there Grant Writing Service and to send the funds in the form of a money order. I purchased the money and was also told to FEDEX the contract with the money order. that was done as of 6/1/07. I have since tried to contact IC Financials with no luck. The toll free number that was provided is now giving a message of "blocked". I have also sent several emails trying to contact the company with no luck as well. I some one could please help me I would really appreciate it.
