Applied to this company after being sent an unsolicited letter from a company called ICS Financial Firm, out of Moore Ok. ICS asked how much was requested, charged a fee of $75 as a "consultation fee". Universal then sent their application, charged $55, and have not been in touch other wise. Still waiting to hear results, but, read the prior report and am awaiting my results. More to follow
