I called this company on 05/10/04 to order a computer, On 08/11/04 I canceled this order.I never received a contract even after making numerour attemps. Nothing was consistent accept debiting my checking account. On 08/09/04 I spoke with Supervisor (Kelly H) and informed her I wanted to cancel my order, because I had been waiting 3 months for the contract.

The supervisor informed me that to remedy this problem, she would fax a copy of the contract and also waive Aug Payment, for 2 days I went to the fax center also calling this company to let her know I had not recieved the fax.

Finally on 08/11/04 I faxed a letter to the Audit Dept. requesting that the order be canceled and $ 467.88 be refunded. I informed them that I could not cancel the contract because I never receive a contract. I called this company on 08/16/04 , I was informed that the Audit Dept decided that no refund was warranted because
the supervisor faxed the contract on 08/11/04. As of todays date I have yet to receive any form of communication from them. This is a joke.

Customer service informed me that it would take an additional 7 weeks for my order, no orders can be placed without a signed contract.

They took my money and never furnished a contract, this is how this company is making money, they never have to deliver.

I intend to get my money, I could never allow them to think that this is acceptable.
