Financing Alternatives keep taking money,but know delivery. Chesapeake, Virginia

i signed up with this company september of 06 year,they got the required 13 payments needed to get a delivery date,when i called for the date they told me it was a delivery back up for 60 days,i called back after 60 days the same excuse. when you call they have you on hold forever,the representatives are no help,when you ask for a manager they tell you the manager will get back to you in 48hrs...never called!.

next month will be a year,no computer. all my payments been on time i haven't missed any payments.i have noticed they stopped taking payments since 7-27-07. i've been calling all i get is a voicemail saying all representatives are busy please email or write us.so far they have gotten 1500.00 dollars from me.
