I had the same problem with them as many other people had. When I start they made it sound so good to me and they made me belive that I will be recieving a brand new laptop from them but that was not the case. After I had made all my payment they told me that i should be recieving my computer in about 180 day from the time of the first phone call.

When the 180 days was up then i called again they told me that there is a delay in your delivery with your laptop. I had many phone calls with them and nothing has happened. I have been waiting more then a year for this laptop to come!!! Financing Alternatives owe me $2,391.48 and i would love to find a way to get my money back as soon possible from them!!!
