Finest Papers.com I submitted all the infromation for a research paper, via fax, site and emails. The first flag shoul have been that they necer received emails for hours after I send them. i would stay on the phone to make sure they ere received. I got conformation from a customer service rep that they were received, but the next day my paper was due no one could tell me why they had not received my information. Every one is a supervisor so if you try to get to the top you can't. Very inconfident and not very customer service oriented once they screw up They say they are locared in New York New York

I contacted this service to write a research paper  I was on the phone for two hours the day before providing the information for the paper.  I sent via fax, they say they couldn't ready, took images with phone and sent via email to customer service rep and put on site.  Also stayed on the pohne for two hours with reps to make sure they received the info. Next day, nothing was done on my paper and it was due, they said they needed the additional information that I had spent two hours proving to the agent on the phone. 

The agent of course wasn't available, the the rep that took the call was rude and inpatient.  After spening $188 dollars for a report that was due the next day, I ended up having to start the work myself to get it in on time. Their was only one aspect of the report due the next day, not the whole report, not that crazy!  They took no accountability for the fact that I had sent the info via email and put it on the site.  Everyone is a Supervisor if you call and ask for one, so you could never get to who is in charge for anyone that would take reponsibility.  Anyway, I would never use this company again
