Jefferson Capital and Fingerhut...they have reported incorrect fraudlent information on my credit report.
It started in 1999, and after 6 months of me proving it was not me, they took it off, but now in 2006 it is back on the credit reports ...after they already stated it was
known to be fraud.

Anyone have similar situation and feel like a lawsuit?
