Finkelstein & Krinsk - Wagner & Hunt They pretended to defend me against Northstar Capital Acquisitions LLC and used a phony attorney who turned out to be a collector for the firm. They addressed all communication Dear Mr Robert Pugh, esq. San Diego California

This started back in August 24, 2007. They said they represented me and that they
requested Wagner & Hunt, to validate a debt from North Star Acquisitions LLC Total. I went back and forth with the firm until I spoke with Kati Kazemi who is an associate at the firm. I at first felt they were helping me but I knew there was something wrong when I looked up the supposed attorney Mr. Robert Pugh, esq.
in the Martindale Hubble directory and did not find him. Unfortunately I never questioned Finkelstein & Krinsk about this incongruity.

So,the original letter said if they did not reply that they would proceed with a class action against Wagner & Hunt. This was all bogus and conspiracy by both firms.

Because what happened is that they said they would stop calling , stop collection action and remove the entries from my credit bureaus. The entries magically appeared on the credit bureaus when the validation request was going on.

The entry on the credit bureau was Zenith Acquisitions and Kati Kazemi at the time said it was illegal for them to do this. She then in another breath said Northstar Capital Acquisitions LLC said they were accurate and they would not remove them from the bureaus.

She told me that they promised to remove the entries from the credit bureau and that would occur within two weeks from November 8, 2007.

They are nothing but lying scum because how could a class action firm mistake
a collector for an attorney. This whole conspiracy was orchestrated from both Finkelstein & Krinsk and Wagner & Hunt. They are nothing but fabricators and I will seek legal remedies for misrepresentation of a collector as an attorney.

I have copies of the attachment communications they sent me and I will use everything in court as the violated the FDCPA and other statutes.

I would like to disbar the attorneys responsible for orchestrating this arrangement and I could use help from anyone who knows about any other
experiences with this kind of occurrence.


I do not know who Northstar Capital Acquisitons LLC and Zenith Acquistions are?

They cannot do a 180 degrees and say they intend to send proof when they were already given the time alloted supposedly from this firm plus a request for an extension which they never asked for.

I would appreciate anybody who can make suggestions about this matter.
