Firestone Complete Auto Care Transmission fluid flush service gone wrong. Merrillville Indiana

Took car (2002 Honda Civic EX) in for oil change and rattleing sound under hood(11-23-2008). Was told rattleing sound was from a metal covering of the catalic converter,that posed no problem and could be removed for about $25 or it will just eventually fall off,declined to pay $25. Was later told that it was time for a transmission flush according to service manual,accepted.

Less than 3 months later (2-14-09) transmission not working. Checked transmission fluid and to my amazement NO FLUID ! Added fluid and still no movement,Firestone had car towed to closer store (Lansing,IL),checked it out and stated I needed a trans specialist.I had car towed to trans repair and now having a problem with Firestone(In) covering the cost of repair along with communication ("someone will be in touch" statements,and no call back )as of Feb.28,2009.
