I recently had tired mounted and balanced at your Firestone Store # 14524 in Redlands, ca. I had purchased the tires online through tirerack and was denied the quoted price from tirerack to mount and balance so I agreed to overpay as I did not want to wait and find another store.

Flash forward several months and I have done nothing to my wheels, the redlands store was the last to touch them. I tried to loosen the lugs to do my brakes and they just free spin. They do not tighten or loosen.

The store over tightened my Lugs and has ruined them. I called and asked for a manager(Store Manager: Jon Rose) and was informed I was speaking to him. I provided him this information and all he did was deny that it was their fault because they double check when they tighten them, and that its impossible that they did anything wrong.

He told me to bring the car down and they could look at it. I asked if this was safe and he told me he couldn't say that. I asked if this would cost me money and he said yes, I have no proof it was their fault and they always double check tightness. I admittedly lost my temper and said the proof is the wheels are stuck on the "F***ing Hub". He hung up on me.

I called back and let him know I didn't appreciate being hung up on and he said I told him to F*** off so he wont talk to me. Which I did not say. Yes, I lost my tempure and used a swear word, as adult often do, but it was not directed at him. I asked to speak to his manager and he refused to provide information, saying that his District manager would call me. Then tried to hang up without even taking my phone number. I provided my phone number and I informed him I'd be contacting his corporate offices and he taunted me and said use of profanity is not tolerated and it won't get me anywhere. That I told him to "F*** Off" and he won't deal with me any more.

This is unacceptable. I have a car that is possibly unsafe due to the inadequate service from his store and he taunts me and refuses to make it right or provide contact information for someone who can.
