Firestone Tire & Service Credit Billing Rip-off Warwick Rhode Island

Part my problem too. Firestone suggests on-line billing for their credit bills. They claim I selected it which is very possible although I try to stay away from that type of billing. The bill comes from Credit First and doesn't ID it as being from Firestone. I received only one bill in November that I can tell. I think the rest got caught in Spam filters. Anyway, they waited for two months before finally calling me and a $165.00 bill is now $225.00. Account has now been closed.

Their work is also sub-par and I would sugggest use them only for oil changes and vehicle inspections. Don't let them align your vehicle and don't let them do a wheel balance. They are just not very good at what they do.
DON'T open a credit account with them, use your regular card.

I don't claim they are a perfect ZERO, they are not, and they are usually in good locations. Just be careful. I'm sure some of them are actually good as this place came close to being my favorite until I had them do real work on the car. The credit thing is the big rip-off, stay away from the Firestone card. Stay away from CREDIT FIRST!!!! ANYTHING!
