Firestone ripoff take someones money but don't fix it New Port Richey Florida

Hi back in may 2005 i brought my minivan in to firestone to get checked out it was my ac it wasn't working right at all so i had then check it out and i had them fix what ever the problem was it cost me i'm pretty sure it was $234 for the to fix what ever was wrong with it.

Come the next day i'm driving tothe store and my ac don't work now i just payed firestone 234 to fix it the day before so i bring the van in to firestone i tell them what's going on he tells me to leave to van he will check it out and tell me what is wrong with it so my daughter and i walk over the mcdonalds and than we go to biglots and do some shopping cause the man at firestone told us he needed the van for at least one hour.

anyway we go back and he tells me sorry to tell you but we have to take your whole dash board apart to fix it for you and it would cost $1100 dollars that the ac was slowly leaking out of it from the dash and he didn't know that yesterday when he fixed it for me and took my money so i say to him what about the money i gave you yesterday aren't you going to give it back to me seeing that nothing is fixed he tells me sorry all i can tell you is i'll try and work with you if you want us to fix it for you seeing that you did already pay us $234 dollars so i go home and let my husband know what happen we were suppose to take them to court and fight to get our money back but we just couldn't come up with the money to pay the court. taking once again
