First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation

Never ever, ever, never pay FAHBPC for their services. This is a RIP-OFF company that will not honor their contracts. A class action lawsuit needs to be started immediately. FAHBPC uses the excuse of pre-existing

condition to not repair an appliance. This is so wrong on so many levels. My HVAC stopped working and it is 20 degrees at night. Going on five days now with no heat. This rip off company is finding more ways to not fix the

HVAC to save their cash. I will NOT recommend this totally useless, money grubbing, rip off corporation. Run as fast as you can from FAHBPC the other direction and DO NOT give them a penny. MH Northern California

First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation First American Home Warranty First American Home Warranty Corp First American Home Warranty Company First American Home Warranty Corp has been accepting payments from me for 11 years, but has not provided the needed service even once. The company will take so long to provide a service that customers are forced to pay to repair the necessary item, (like a refrigerator), themselves. After weeks of waiting, we bought a new refrigerator ourselves…and stove…and dishwasher. Now our HVAC unit is out and they won’t even file a claim unless we pay $75 before we even know when the technician will come to assess the unit. It could be MONTHS, and we live in the subtropics of the Deep South. I told the, supervisor,” I would pay when a service technician actually arrives, but I will not pay before I am even told who or when it will be. They force customers to pay a copay just to file a claim. I’ve paid them over $7000 in the last eleven years, and we’ve paid the $75 copay several times before for other covered items that failed to work properly, and we never had anything repaired or replaced by this Home Warranty company. This is extremely unethical business practice. Lawsuits have been filed against them - they can be found easily by searching the internet . The, supervisor,” refused to let me speak to her superior, and refused to tell me who else I needed to call in order to make this right. She repeated herself over and over again, with the same sentence. I have never heard of this customer service approach, and find it to be unethical in the least. This company never intends to repair or replace anything they say they cover when they accept your money for the coverage. Santa Rosa CA

First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation Dishonest, Customer's issue or problem is irrelevant,Request for a supervisor/manager you will not get one,Hidden deals between contractor and First American, Non covered charges are hidden First American will not inform you about the non coverage, the contractor informs you of the non covered items, Employ 2nd english speaking reps so you the consumer cannot understand whats being said and the reps are rude,do not cross the reps or your claim will not go through, buyer beware on big ticket items, Santa Rosa California
