These companies are without a doubt are corrupt operations. Although they claim to have the consumers interest in mind I learned that is not the case at all. In my case service agreements/price agreements were either forged by representative themselves or accepd fraudulantly without my knowledge. Turns out my partner Jana Sennert's husband Karl Sennert has been in the warranty scam for years. So far I've found that the flat rate pricing sheet/service agreements are not near trade standards and would turn any company upside down. These uncovered cost youre informed of by the contractor are often covered. (I reccomend that you read your contract carefully) They will allow you to pay the contractor on items that are covered. This is how the contactor can in turn meet the agreements.
Three claims are on my license and ultimately carries over to a total of four licenses. All due to Mr. Sennert involvement friends of representative of these companies. Circle of crooks.They all know each other, example Jeff Powell of First Am was employed with Fidelity when the obvious fraudulent agreement was excepted by them on behalf of Gino Rolley. (Now a partner of the Sennerts). Per Mr. Flemming Texas reg.rep.. Research shows its true. First American did however payback one customer/complaint for these uncovered items. Unfortunately he had to seek legal help to do so. On the otherside the customers that did not get representation just were pushed aside now effecting bond claims etc....
I've read all the rip off reports and now I'm here to tell you why the contractor showing up at your house didn't perform to your satisfaction.They do not see you as their customer, instead see ways to inform you that its, lack of maintenance or simply just not covered. If your system is beyond repair and needs replacement beware you will most likely find that there is an attempt to charge you for covered items. READ YOUR CONTRACT WITH WARRANTY COMPANIES!!!! These melting pot operations=millions of consumers pay for home warranties of which thousands have problems with appliances, roofs etc...Remember the Warranty Companies select to use their preferred contractor for a reason making consumers sometimes wait days to months for repair or replacement. If this is your case its probably due to above information. Home buyers/oqners beware this starts from the realtor offering you something that would to good to pass up. Your just a number for another victim to be thrown in this melting pot. Sorry its true to every aspect of my findings.
In my particular case I was victim of something to the Sennerts informing me of what sounded as a solid business plan. Unfortunately it was for themselves and the Warranty Companies, but left me in serious trouble both legal and financial. We started the company 6 days after my daughter was born now she is 27 months old. I pulled my license from the company for several reasons. Partner withheld information from me but some started trickling through. I attempted to get through the end of year (taxes) before closing shop but Jana & Karl Sennert split town with all moneys earned as soon as I was in the know. Now I'm left with pending cases on my personal license for work I didn't know existed until months after I disassociated.
First American Home Buyers Protection will not inform me of any knowledge of the company I thought I owned and controlled but is knowingly still working with Karl Sennert, Gino Rolley, Jana Sennert as another entity with another qualifier. Accurate Heating and Cooling several consumers have already fallen victim to this unfortunate scam. In all zero will allow me full knowledge of the extent of work performed or any financial statements. FIRST AMERICAN HOME BUYERS PROTECTION, FIDELITY NATIONAL HOME WARRANTY, OLD REPUBLIC HOME BUYERS PROTECTION, AND MORE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONFIRM YET, BUT I WILL UPDATE CONSUMERS OF MY FINDINGS. STOP THE FRAUD!!!!!!!! WHEN YOU ASK IF I HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION IM HONEST AND SAY NO. THATSTHE END OF THE LINE.
If you feel you have been victim please keep this alert status updated I need all the assistance available to 1. inform consumers of this national scam. So that con-artist as my partners and reps. cannot ruin others like myself. 2. To call out the actual root of these problems which are the Home Warranty Companies acceptance of fraudulent contractor/agreements, knowing what is taking place and how the company ends but the contacts remain the same. 3. Last but not least I've lost everything as well been turned down employment due to disclosures on my license from work I didn't know existed and cannot afford gas, food, bills, diapers etc...let alone legal representation or the knowledge as of yet on what to do next.
The type of people I dealt with are very good at what they do (KARL&JANA SENNERT). They know the state loop holes here in CA, The Home Warranty Companies mentioned above continue to work with them and others alike I'm sure. All due to greedy and none with the intentions we all deserve as honest people. I cannot stop until I see some justice and perhaps some laws change or strict fines assessed.
While typing this I just received a phone call from a past associate and and a respected service provider in the community. This has been going on much longer than I even imagined dating back as far as late 80's early 90's. What gives how can the State and or Federal Government allow this to exist. This is not a fair act for consumers or victims as myself.
