Save your hard earned money and DON'T sign up with this company! We've had 2 plumbing problems come up in the last 3 years and had nothing but problems and inconvenience related to the crummy plumbing companies we came in contact with. The 1st time I had to call for a plumber was to find a leaky pipe that flooded my Master Closet. They sent someone out, but the guy looked like he just graduated high school. He immediately thought it was from the laundry room which isn't connected to the master closet at all. Then he wanted to call someone in to remove the wood that was behind the drywall I had removed since it was soaked. He had to get someone else to do that since he wasn't "authorized."

Turned out, the wood he wanted to remove was the FIRE WALL built between our master closet and the kitchen!! Luckily, no one came out that day, and when my husband came home, the first thing out of his mouth was "did the plumber get in the attic?" Of course not. My husband did and found the leaky pipe in 10 minutes. We paid for the repairs ourselves that same day (we needed our water back on!). The only good thing I can say about this company is they reimbursed us our out of pocket expenses with a note saying "we'll never do this for you again." We recently had to call 1st American for a leaky valve on the hot/cold faucet that the hoses on the washer attach to.

It took 4 trips to finally fix it. The 1st appointment we had, the guy never showed up, the 2nd appointment was a "look and see" only, the repairs weren't considered a "quick fix." The 3rd appointment was incorrectly scheduled as another "look/see" and finally got fixed on the 4th trip. Like I said, SAVE YOUR $
