First American Home Warranty Delay and non-pay Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

These people love to take your money, but not service your account.  They only have a funky 800# that has multiple menus.  You rarely get to talk to a real person, and when you do, they speak only broken English.
We had 3 issues that were supposed to be covered. To date, only one has been fixed.  (I fixed one myself)
They seem to contract with Sears to do home repair.  (That's probably a whole different Rip-Off report)
