First Automotive Service Corp Extended Warranty Scam Albuquerque, New Mexico

FASC denied a claim to repair the drivers side mirror and replace a motor in the drivers side window becasue we could not provide receipts for all Oil Changes over the last 3 years. I have been changing the oil in my vehicles at home for many years so I can consistantly use a quality Oli filter and Oil. Know tow people that have had issues with engines because the oil change store used 10W30 instead of 5W20.  They use cheap filters and questionable bulk oil.

This is the first claim we ever submitted for the Suburban adn it was reject due to lack of recipts for oil changes.  Contacted the dealership that sold the extended warranty and they have recently stopped doing business with FASC due to thousands of complaints over the last six months.

The vehicle only has 50,000 miles and it's very ironic that elcetrical issues are denied for the fact we cannot provide Oil change reciepts. This is the most incredible Scam I have ever seen. 

 Please do not ever purchase an extended warranty form this company because you have wasted your money.  The complaints for this company continues to grow and they should not be able to continue operating the in the USA.
