First Business LLC / Merchant Care  One of the owners sexually harrasses his young female employees.  The only way to get a promotion is by having sex with the boss.  He offers to get you an apartment so he can come over anytime to have sex, also buys some a car.  This guy is a felon, a child molester, and sentenced to 12 years in prison back in 1999 and got out in 2008. His name is Raymond L Himes, he goes by Lance Himes.  He has been in business over 2 years screwing people over.  His employees call homeowners and tells them they will give you a free business, and will setup an LLC for $199 to $499 the prices vary because they say some have expedited services, (this is a lie, everyone receives this in the same amount of time, there is no expedited service) or a domain. Lance is married, the business is in wifes name along with other people, he is a felon, can't have in his name. He cheats on his wife and most employees know about it, everyone is afraid to tell his wife or stepdaughter who is also a partner in business, they are afraid of losing their job.  Sad thing is, he has been having an affair with a black girl there, who of course, got a promtion by sexual favors, not by her job performance, because she is lazy and doesn't work. They pay their employees as independent contractors which is a lie, he controls everything, what will be done and how it will be done. If you look up Independent Contractor, that is not a Independent Contractor, that is an employee.  He has been doing this for over 2+years, so he owes the IRS alot of FICA for alot of employees, he is always trying to get over on the system.  This guy needs to be stopped and locked up. He treats women like a piece of meat and acts like a dog in heat, always touching the female employees and trying to get them to have sex with him, the insecure not too bright girls fall for this.
