First Call Plumbing Dallas Tx 3 day job turned into 3 weeks 75 year old woman without gas to take cold showers and not able to cook Dallas Texas

FIRST CALL PLUMBING  was hired by my mother to replace a gas line to her house. She was told it would take 3 days. IT TOOK THREE WEEKS. A SEVENTY-FIVE year old woman should not have to go THREE WEEKS of taking cold showers, not being able to cook food on her stove and not able to dry her clothes. Her gas line feeds all of these.

A city inspector would not come out and inspect any of the work because First Call Plumbing did not have their insurance filed with the city. It took FIRST CALL PLUMBING a week to get this paperwork filed with the city. After that, the city failed the work done by FIRST CALL PLUMBING twice. Both times, a represenative from FIRST CALL PLUMBING was suppose to be present with the city inspector. A FIRST CALL PLUMBING represenative did not show up either time. FIRST CALL PLUMBING asked my mother to call the city inspector to resolve the issues. Why would a "reputable" company ask a customer to call the city to do their job??!! 

If you have a plumbing job you need done and done in a timely manner, then DON'T CALL  FIRST CALL PLUMBING, unless you're willing to wait three weeks. I'd make them your LAST CALL.
