first capital consumer ripoff Ontario, Canada

I'm so sorry because I can't give you much information about First Capital Consumer.

My history is: 4 month ago the first capital consumers call me and they ask some information about me (included :my social security, bank account,etc)

June 13 2002 they was debited my money from my bank account(PNC Scranton Branch) amount $ 219 (two hundred and nineteen dollars) and untill now they never call me, anytime I call them and I get information from answer machine. And untill now I don't now where is they address.(I don't now anything about them)
